Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium is funding that is given to schools to improve the educational outcomes for disadvantaged children. Evidence shows that children who are disadvantaged and have faced challenges need additional support in order to reach their full potential at school. This includes those whose families have faced financial hardship (eligible for free school meals at any point in the last six years) , children who have accessed a social worker or been 'looked after.'

In addition the government have provided additional funding through the recovery premium to build on the pupil premium in providing evidence based approaches for supporting disadvantaged pupils.

Please see the documents below to access information about our long term aims, our planned spending of the funding this year and the impact of past expenditure at Hobletts Infants' and Nursery School.
